The Webhooks page allows to configure and manage webhook to receive real-time events based on specific triggers related to LinkedIn accounts.

Purpose

This functionality enables your platform to stay synced with actions occurring within the system — such as account status changes, new connections, or new messages. It supports fine-grained targeting of events across specific accounts and triggers.

Triggers

The following events can be subscribed to via webhooks:

• Account Status Changed

  Triggered when the LinkedIn account status changes .

• New Connection

  Triggered when the system detects a new LinkedIn connection on any of the selected accounts.

• New Message

  Triggered when system detects new messages on any of the selected accounts.

Webhook Configuration

When creating or updating a webhook, the you can:

• Select target scope:

  • One specific account

  • Multiple selected accounts

  • All accounts under the domain (future included)

• Select trigger:

  • One specific trigger

  • Multiple selected triggers

  • All available triggers

• Provide webhook URL to where Events will be pushed

  

• Save a Webhook Secret key
