Blocked Account Errors & Proxies
When ACCOUNT_BLOCKED
Salesflow may return Error Codes during account authentication or LinkedIn session validation. These codes are designed to hide low-level technical reasons (e.g., timeout, captcha, proxies) and instead offer simplified identifiers that help support teams troubleshoot faster.
Any user-fixable errors (e.g., incorrect password or invalid email) are displayed directly to the user and do not trigger error codes.
Error codes
Error Code |
Title |
Description / Suggested Action |
---|---|---|
|
Unknown Error |
An unexpected issue occurred. Please click "Save changes" again. If the error persists, contact Salesflow support. Manual investigation is required. |
|
Timeout (LinkedIn not reachable) or Proxy error |
The system could not load LinkedIn — usually caused by proxy or IP issues. Retry by clicking "Save changes". If the error persists, contact Salesflow support. This is often auto-resolved by the system. |
|
Captcha |
LinkedIn has triggered a captcha. The user must manually resolve it by clicking "Save changes" in the UI and following the prompt. |
|
Restricted Account (Banned) |
LinkedIn has permanently restricted (banned) the account. This is rare and irreversible. |
|
Verification Required |
LinkedIn requires a 2FA code / email code / SMS code. Please click "Save changes" and provide the required code to proceed. |
Auto Proxy Replacement
Salesflow includes a built-in Auto Proxy Replacement system that helps maintain LinkedIn session stability — especially when a proxy becomes invalid.
When It Works
This feature is enabled by default for accounts created via the Salesflow iframe domain onboarding. No action is required from integrators. This applies ONLY for auto added proxies. Manual proxies we do not change automatically.
How It Works
-
Proxy Issue Detected
After a failed auto-login attempt with error 2, the system identifies a proxy-related issue. -
Automatic Proxy Rotation
If the same issue is detected on 2 retries, the system will:-
Replace the proxy automatically in the background
-
Retry the login flow with a new proxy
-
Benefits
-
Reduces account drop-offs caused by invalid proxies
-
Keeps LinkedIn sessions alive and stable
-
Requires less proxy management
Location-Based Proxy Auto Assignment
During the onboarding of an account, when a user selects their desired location, the system automatically allocates a proxy from that region to their account, allowing us to mimic the user’s location and contribute to their LinkedIn account’s safety.
How It Works
-
User selects a country or city during the onboarding flow.
-
Salesflow assigns a proxy from the selected region.
-
The LinkedIn account operates through this proxy, creating regional consistency between the user’s selected location and the IP traffic seen by LinkedIn.
